Making screen time agreements together

Phones, laptops and tablets are very important for school, relaxation and keeping in touch with friends. This has various (negative) consequences, especially for children. Long periods of screen time can lead to short-sightedness, hearing damage and pain in the neck and shoulders. So rules and limits matter.

Avoid battles and get more balance and overview in your child’s screen time. With Mytimingcards, parents and children can make agreements together about the maximum amount of screen time, in a fun way. This is how it works:

  • Agree on screen times together
  • Sign the contract
  • Give your child the agreed number of cards every week
  • When using a screen, your child starts the timer and hands in the right Mytimingcards.
